Jake Allen Classic Golf Tournament

Out his skates and into his golf shoes to support the kids!

Famed Montreal Canadians hockey player Jake Allen hosted his annual charity golf tournament on Thursday, August 12th. The funds raised at this year’s sold out event will be directed towards the redevelopment of the outdoor play area for the Paediatric Unit at Horizon Health Network’s Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital.

A mid-morning down pour during registration wasn’t able to dampen the spirits of the individuals who were sponsoring or participating in the day’s activities. Thank you to all of the sponsors, golfers, the staff of the Kingswood Golf Course, the organizing committee and Jake and Shannon for making the day such a success.
