25th Anniversary - Heartfelt Thanks Gala

The Chalmers Regional Hospital Foundation recently celebrated its 25th Anniversary with over 300 guests at a fundraising gala held at the Crowne Plaza Lord Beaverbrook Hotel.

Guests enjoyed a heart healthy dinner while local performers, Brianna Corey and the Joel Leblanc Trio soothed their hearts. Special guest speaker, Dr. Rob Stevenson's message was clear; "to help build stronger, healthier hearts, we need to exercise regularly, reduce our salt intake, choose healthier foods, eliminate tobacco and take chest pains seriously.

Proceeds from the dinner will help grow the endowment fund. The foundation continues to build the fund and encourage people to "think ahead" ...think about the healthcare needs of our community - The Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Every dollar that is donated to the Hospital Foundation stays here in our community - helping neighbors, co-workers and family members when they need it the most. Together, we are making a difference! Thank you!
